Tough Girls

”Tough Girls”, is a 74 minutes documentary, featuring four Hungarian boxing girls between the ages of 7 and 36. Following the progress of their careers for over two years, we gain an intimate insight into their motivations, hopes and expectations. Through their trials and tribulations we also get to look into the world of professional boxing, which is highly secretive and manipulative. Whilst these girls may seem tough inside the ring, in their private lives they are just as feminine and vulnerable as any other young woman of their age. Four very diverse characters but with the same desire: they are fighting for acceptance.
