Synopsis
A documentary portrait of the commander of the police action at Národní Street during the Velver Revolution in 1989; an attempt at the application of the "banality of evil" theory and at understanding the ethical and moral motivation of the participants in the recent past; a probe into the small and big history of the protagonist.
