Born 1972 in Tbilisi, Georgia.
In 2003 he graduated as a film director from the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (VGIK). He directed his debut, the documentary short film ROTTERDAM / TBILISI – NO COMMENT in 1999. Since, he has directed many documentary and fictional short films. Kviria has worked for numerous TV companies in Moscow and Tbilisi as a journalist and director. Since 2007 he has been living in London, working as an independent filmmaker.
