Michaela graduated from Film and TV Faculty of Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, and also attended Łódź Film School for Erasmus. She produced, directed and shot number of short films a clips. She previously worked with the director Roman Ďuriš, their film Something is Happening world premiered at the 41st Cairo International Film Festival (2019) in the Cinema of Tomorrow competition. She‘s a cinematographer and screenwriter of her first feature film Fakir.
