Olga Lucovnicova is a documentary filmmaker and aspiring researcher in the field of audiovisual arts, and a member of
the Union of Cinematographers of Moldova (MUC). She is based in Belgium, where in 2020 she graduated from DocNomads Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree in Documentary Film Directing, delivered by a consortium of three prominent European universities across three countries: Portugal, Hungary and Belgium. She graduated with magna cum laude distinction and her graduation film "Nanu Tudor" (2020) was awarded with the Golden Bear at Berlinale 71st Edition and won the European Film Award in 2021.
